Allied IT offers an online Help Desk. If you participate in one of our Support Service Plans or are an existing customer, you can also use this portal to open new tickets, keep up to date with the status of your current tickets, as well as research your company's usage by looking at your previous tickets. If you are a current customer but do not have a login to our Help Desk please send your request for help, detailing what the problem is, to support@alliedit.com. A username and password for the Help Desk will be automatically generated and emailed back to you. If you are a not currently a customer and would like to discuss one of our Support Service Plans please contact us. |
